The hotel had a great location near the airport and we appreciated the free shuttle service. The breakfast was delicious and it was a relief to start the day with a hot meal. Additionally, the onsite restaurant was a bonus for when we didn't feel like venturing out.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked. There were hairs in the bathtub and the bedding seemed unclean. The room lighting was also quite dim, which made it difficult to see properly. the experience was adequate for the price, but we would have appreciated a cleaner space.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the airport noise, with breathtaking views. The comfortable rooms come with modern amenities and the complimentary breakfast is a delightful start to your day. The on-site facilities are perfect for trekkers and friends, providing ample entertainment options.

Limited parking space.

The hotel was close to the airport and offered a complimentary shuttle service, which was great. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Plus, the breakfast was decent and free of cost.

The hotel's restaurant was a letdown. The food was not great and overpriced. Additionally, the room we stayed in had a musty smell, which made it difficult to sleep. the experience was disappointing.

Great complementary shuttle service to the airport and spacious lobby with interesting taxidermy displays. The location is convenient for early or late flights, providing a quick ride to the airport.

The rooms are outdated and not very impressive. The mattress was old and we noticed loose shower heads. Also, the cleaning staff was not very reliable and did not clean our room until very late in the day, despite requesting a specific time. The breakfast was chaotic with a lot of mess and often very busy with tourist groups.

Excellent place for exploring Fairbanks. Great stay, helpful staff, very clean rooms. Furthermore, they had free Wi Fi.

Location to Airport - 5 min with transfers arranged by hotel, and good staff and service. Rooms and facility are clean and comfortable.

Minor point to consider, - a 15 usd cab ride to town. Hotel shuttle not always available however with a tel call, hotel staff arranges transfers (by taxi if shuttle not available) to/from airport at no charge.

I chose Alpine Lodge for it's location as I was stopping over before heading to the North Slope and wanted the convenience of the city and airport. The staff was very accomodating and the room comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to others.

They did not wake me up before noon! I needed sleep!

No cups in the room for water.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a wake up call if they saw the Northern Lights. Room was good size and clean. Bathroom was clean and there were extra towels.
